Deposits
A deposit of $50–$150 (or 10–20% of the job) is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable within 24–48 hours of the scheduled move.
2. Cancellations
48+ hours before move: Full refund of deposit
24–48 hours before move: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 24 hours: No refund
3. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
Last-minute reschedules may result in a fee ($50–$100).
4. No-Show Policy
If the customer is not present or cancels upon arrival, a minimum service charge (1–2 hours) will be billed.
5. Service Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed after services are completed.
If there is a valid issue (damage, missing items, etc.), it must be reported within 24 hours.
Claims will be reviewed and resolved based on our company’s liability coverage.
6. Delays
Delays caused by the customer (not being packed, access issues, etc.) may result in additional hourly charges.
7. Payment
Remaining balance is due immediately after the move is completed.
